James Buck is a photo and video journalist with experience covering the Egyptian revolution, the Iraq war and reporting from the US to India. James has worked as an editor at The Washington Post and as a photographer and videographer from Oakland, CA to Burlington, VT. James has contributed to human rights award-winning films like The Price of Sex, including filming undercover footage of trafficked sex workers and contributes daily photo and video to local news outlets. James Tweeted his kidnap by Egyptian security forces in the 2008 Mahalla uprisings and frequently contributes expert analysis on social media and citizen journalism.
